What will you be studying?
You’ll study for the HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship qualification, consisting of online teaching, coaching, and workplace development.

- Become a HR Coordinator, Advisor, or Administrator
- Opportunity to work in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and General HR
This scheme starts in September 2025 and has a duration of 18 months.
Are You the Right Candidate?
The BBC seeks candidates passionate about working in HR and delivering operational excellence. The scheme is aimed at non-graduates, and eligibility includes:
- Be aged 18 or over by September 2025
- Have lived in the UK/EEA for a minimum of 3 years by September 2025
- Be eligible to work full-time in the UK
- Not already hold a Level 3 or higher qualification in HR-related disciplines
- Achieved Maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent
