About the Role
Would you like to join the largest Health and Fitness operator in Europe and work with a team who have a passion to serve?
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Apprentice to join the People Team here at David Lloyd Clubs.
As a Recruitment Apprentice, whilst working towards your Level 3 Recruitment Consultant apprenticeship, you will support the Recruitment Manager in delivering support to UK and international clubs with day-to-day resourcing issues and activities and be a vital part of the implementation of the new applicant tracking system (ATS) Workday.
You will deliver targeted reporting on resourcing activities and support with recruitment campaigns as well as specialised recruitment projects, all whilst empowering our new employee value proposition (EVP) through employer branding.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Excel (reports, charts, and data)
- A genuine passion to serve when engaging with all stakeholders (club management, hiring managers, suppliers)
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Self-motivated and organised
