Looking to kickstart your career with an apprenticeship? DF Communications is offering a Digital Support Apprentice role where you’ll get hands-on experience and develop key skills in business admin and customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Master "The Layer" CRM: Manage customer records, sales, invoicing, and stock control
- Customer Care: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure they get the help they need
- Coordinate & Collaborate: Schedule appointments and work with different teams to keep everything running smoothly
- Assist with Billing: Help with invoicing and resolving any billing issues using Xero
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels and assist with orders
- Use Microsoft Tools: Communicate with the team via Teams and manage data with Excel

- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- A positive attitude and a love for helping people

Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.
Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
