Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in digital marketing while learning from experienced professionals. You will play a key role in supporting our online presence, engaging customers, and driving business growth through various digital channels.

Key Requirements:

• A strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce. Ideally, some experience using a content management system (CMS) such as Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative mindset with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in website management, SEO, email marketing, and campaign execution.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Organised and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. 

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications. 

Additional Information:

• Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (dependent on experience, at employer’s discretion)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week, including a 30-minute lunch break)
• Probation Period: 6 months
